How We Research
EyeComfy guides are research-based. Unless a page clearly marks first-hand testing, assume we have not personally worn every product for weeks in a lab.
What we check
Manufacturer specifications for smart glasses and AR devices: audio and display claims, camera and privacy indicators (such as recording LEDs), weight and fit notes, battery guidance from makers, and — when relevant — official prescription / insert options. We write for everyone exploring these products, including people who wear Rx.
What we do not claim
We do not invent clinical outcomes. We do not diagnose eye conditions. Blue-light and eye-strain topics are handled cautiously and linked to reputable sources when we publish those articles. We do not invent Rx ranges, prices, commission rates, or laws — unknown cells stay marked for verification.
